Terms of service

The current public-scan pilot is free. Paid checkout and subscription activation are not yet open.
The service
THAVIQ provides automated accessibility testing, manual-review prompts, remediation records, statements and reports. Automated results are technical evidence with stated limits; they are not legal advice and do not replace manual testing or an authority's assessment.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to scan each submitted domain, keep account access secure, review findings before relying on them and use the service lawfully. You may not probe internal networks, evade limits, disrupt systems or submit content that infringes another person's rights.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Features and limits are those shown at purchase. Card orders are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders, provides payment support and handles returns. Subscriptions can be cancelled in one action and stay active through the paid period. Manual invoices are available for eligible business plans.
Evidence and availability
We use reasonable care to preserve evidence integrity and operate the service. Internet sites change, automated tools have limited coverage, and interruptions can occur. Hash verification detects changes to the event sequence; it does not prove that every source fact entered by a user was correct.
Liability and contract identity
The service is operated by THAVIQ SOFTWARE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. Commercial order forms identify the contracting parties and applicable governing terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Business liability is otherwise limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. Contact legal@thaviq.com before purchase if an order form is required.
