Software supports the work. Your team implements fixes and completes manual checks. A scan or subscription does not prevent penalties or replace legal advice.

Accessibility remediation

Found issues? We will help you fix them.

An audit shows what is wrong. Our team fixes it — in your Shopify theme or custom codebase — re-scans to confirm, and records each correction in your THAVIQ evidence log, so you can show the work to customers, advisers or an authority.

Fix what your audit found. We work through automated findings by impact: missing alt text, contrast, labels, keyboard traps and more.
Manual WCAG review. Automated testing detects roughly 30–40% of barriers. We check the rest by hand against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549.
Ongoing support. Keep new releases from reintroducing barriers, with monitoring and a named contact.

We fix barriers and document the work. No provider can guarantee a site is free of every barrier or certify legal compliance — we will always be clear about what was checked and how.
